"Kamikaze" Ken Anderson has indeed signed a developmental contract with World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. We are extremely proud of Ken and his accomplishments, and are proud to say that "one of our own" has moved up to "the big time." We will no doubt be following his career closely.
As you are all aware, once Ken's WWE contract takes effect, he will no longer be able to actively wrestle in ACW-NWA. While the exact details of Ken's departure are still being arranged, the ACW-NWA Executive Committee fully expects Ken Anderson to fulfil his agreed-upon dates for March 5th in Cecil and April 1st in Green Bay, as WWE typically allows and encourages it's signees to fulfil their pre-signing obligations.
The Executive Committee is currently discussing the ramifications on the ACW Heavyweight Title and will have a decision on 3/5.
EDIT: An older 8x10 of Kenny:
FYI, dude's finisher is a sweet-ass Kenton (OK, senton) bomb. This past Saturday, he did one off the top of the friggin' cage to win the ACW title...unreal.
Congratulations, Kamikaze Ken! We'll miss ya, ya big lug. :-)

Originally posted by Kamikaze Ken AndersonJust finished signing the actual physical contract. 3 years. Developmental. On my way to Louisville KY. OVW. Hopefully I won't be there for three years. My last date at work is going to be next Thursday March 9th, and then I'm OUTTA here!! By the way.....it came a week early, but this is the coolest F@$KING birthday present I've ever received. Once again thank you to all who have helped me, motivated me either positively or negatively over the past 7 years. I couldn't have done this without you.
OVW fans and Louisville-area W's...you've got a good one heading your way. Make sure you yell at him to "fishhook" somebody. (Trust me on this.) :-)

I'm not thrilled. I've watched this guy extensively in Steel Domain Wrestling (SDW) and Midwest Pro Wrestling (MPW) and I was never impressed with his work or his generic look.
To me, he always had the same matches and was just a poor heel. Nearly all of the matches I've seen him in --he just stalls for time and does all of the annoying cheap heat stuff.
He looks like an amalgamation of Scott Steiner and Kevin Nash, too.
As far as everything else (from personal association as well as mutual acquaintance accounts), the guy is kind of a sleeze and he overcharges people for his personal training.
That, and he has a really weird fetish for sexing up the OLDer ladies...but I digress.
I dunno, I mean, good luck to the guy...but I personally wouldn't lose any sleep if this dude stayed in OVW for a loooong time.
And aren't some of those songs in other albums/CDs? So it would figure that the WWF gets paid very handsomely for promoting the music on their programs.
