WWE is now on Hulu Plus, and for the $7.99 monthly cost of subscription, you can watch all WWE programming. Next day airings of RAW, Smackdown, NXT(!), Superstars, and the forthcoming Main Event show on Ion. (pwinsider.com) What about Saturday Morning Slam?

Also, does this mean the end of The Embedder?

Nous ne nous pouvons pas sortir.
Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in.

The E, not Hulu. I'd never leave Hulu. Now all I need are full episodes of AotS and X-Play and I can resume the daily watching habits I had before I dropped cable.

We'll have to see what happens to their YouTube channel. The only content we're reliably getting from them right now is "Superstars" (although "Smackdown" is available). I like NXT but not enough to pay for Hulu Plus.

(I WOULD pay for WWE Network, probably, depending on the price point, so this is probably a problem with old old CRZ not getting with the times when it comes to delivery of content by preferring TV OR "free" over "neither TV nor free")

Plus, some Canadian told me it wasn't available in their country. Did I say "some Canadian," I meant EVERY Canadian.

I tried Hulu Plus once, and I have to say I was rather disappointed with it. I didn't care for the interface (on my PS3) and I also didn't care for the fact that they still had ads on the show I watched- which was a cancelled NBC comedy that had been off the air for a year...

One of the main reasons I got Hulu Plus last year was to be able to watch NXT and Raw/Smackdown episodes that I missed. When I quickly realized Hulu Plus did not offer any of that, I got rid of it a month later.

When they emailed me asking why I got rid of Hulu Plus, this was the reason that I told them.

Looks like I will be getting Hulu Plus again. I wonder if they'll offer previous seasons of NXT for viewing?

I just checked. Hulu Plus has all 120 episodes of the original NXT. It does not carry the new NXT (formerly FCW TV).

Raw is up on Hulu Plus now. As Miz tells us in the beginning of the video, it's "jam-packed" to 90 minutes, cutting out things like Dolph vs. Kofi, and PTP vs. Santino/Zack Ryder — meaning that the opening Punk segment is immediately followed by the Punk/Foley segment.

That is DEFINITELY not something I would pay for. What happened to the whole show? Did I just make an assumption about something that wasn't promised?

Rereading the press release in the first post, apparently, no, we were never promised "entire episodes" of RAW. Or one can presume Smackdown. That's ridiculous. I could be snarky and say that most weeks, I FF though so much of RAW I end up only seeing 90 minutes anyway, but it's a crock they edit it for you and make you pay to see the half of the show they choose for you to see. That with the reveal that new NXT isn't part of the package makes something I wasn't going to get anyway even less attractive.

Although, if enough people complain loudly and consistently enough, WWE will probably relent at some point, unless there are heretofore hidden contract reasons or something they're doing this.

Interestingly enough, I had a ton of "non-WWE sanctioned" videos bookmarked as favorites on YouTube. They were there just about all the way until this past weekend, when virtually all of them were removed. I wonder if that means they're putting everything on Hulu and scrapping YouTube since my favorites were still there even after WWE launched their YouTube channel.

Or they just might've been slow in getting to all of the "unauthorized" videos.

PWInsider was good enough to come up with a complete breakdown (pwinsider.com) of all the stuff available on Hulu Plus:

WWE NXT - The same episodes which are available on You Tube through to the finale of NXT Redemption in June. None of the current programming of NXT is available here. Individual clips from episodes are also available.

WWE ECW - What is called Season 3, a total of 69 episodes spanning January 2008 through the end of the brand in February 2010. Obviously all episodes for that period are not represented. Individual clips from episodes are also available.

WWE Superstars - Currently 172 episodes from episode 6 through 157. No idea why the first five episodes were skipped, or why nothing has been added past March 29, 2012. Or even how that totals 172 episodes. It may be that they intend to add the rest at a later date. Individual clips from episodes are also available.

WWE Monday Night Raw - Currently just the aforementioned abbreviated episode from Sept. 24. The Raw section also features over 2,200 clips from various episodes.

WWE Friday Night Smackdown - Currently features 183 total episodes with the most recent being from August 24, 2012. Also features nearly 1900 clips from various episodes.

Randy Savage Playlist - Which consists of 4 short clips featuring Macho Man. 2 minutes from SummerSlam 1988 (Mega Powers vs Mega Bucks); 2 minutes from Bash at the Beach 1996 (Hulk Hogan's NWO turn); 2 minutes from SummerSlam 1989 (Hogan/Beefcake vs Savage/Zeus); 3 minutes from a 1994 MSG match between Macho and Crush (Falls Count Anywhere).

WWE Extras - Which appears to be a catch-all for the various clips already mentioned.

The service costs $7.99 per month and the shortened Raw does have several 90 second commercial breaks. While you can fast forward through the program, you cannot fast forward through the commercials.

Also, WWE has become diligent about pulling down Attitude Era you ttube clips due to the CT democrats using them in attack ads on Linda.

Yup... the Democrats here even tried uploading them to another video site (I think Dailymotion) but WWE copyright-nuked them. Perhaps they could get Bork Laesar as a campaign advisor?

The most recent episode of NXT from last Wednesday is available on Hulu Plus, so I would imagine that they'll have new episodes going forward as well.

I remember when Austin first came back early from his neck surgery. He just looked so feeble and could only use chair shots instead of stunners. I don't think Angle (or anyone) would be able to handle Tough Enough during his rehab.
