The "smaller" part of your analogy is flawed. People consume Chuck E. Cheese or D&B one visit at a time, one location at a time. It matters not how many franchises or locations each chain has. Additionally, each D&B location is approximately the same size as each Chuck E. Cheese location. There's nothing smaller about it.
It's equivalent, only it's for adults rather than being for kids. There is no such thing in wrestling anymore. There's only smaller, less accessible alternatives.
The nearest D&B is a whole 'nother state away (There's exactly one in VA and geographically both the one in Richmond and the one in Bethesda are about equidistant, but I work north so there's that...).
I get a kick out of the fact you didn't post a TNA picture. It's certainly a bit more adult oriented, but...
Seriously, do what I do and just DVR Raw. Every week I get the goods and fast forward through much.

Every time they do a major heel v heel match, it always tends to fall below expectations, especially since if it's two strong heels. If there's a heel who's getting a cadre of face pops and this is what you're doing to turn him face, than fine.
