No, it was 10:00 exactly when HHH came out to start his speech. He talked for a few minutes, then the video played and then there was a few minutes of applause. Flair talked a whole lot and when I looked at my watch as we were leaving it was around 11:45.
And the slow stuff was only when he was reading off the notes. He would frequently get to a name and stop to tell a story about them, which is what ate up most of the time. This is how I found out that Flair has the nerdiest laugh I've ever heard. I don't want to give the impression his speech wasn't entertaining, because it was. It certainly didn't feel like he was talking as long as he was.

What they showed was pretty dull so I hope it was bad editing. I'll have to check out the DVD. Apparently between Ric and the Rock I'll have plenty to listen to.
I was on wwe.com and I noticed they are selling those plaques that commemorate the winner of the title match at WrestleMania, and they have Brock standing up, holding the belt above his head.
