WUW in Tucson (wuwonline.com) ...

What the hell is this? And how is it that this evening is the first I've heard of either it or a show tomorrow night in Tucson. I'm supposed to be going to Tempe tomorrow evening to look at art glass; however, Jay Lethal, Abyss, Tommy Dreamer & Al Snow (!!) probably would be a lot more fun!

(Clearly, I'm not on the correct email / twitter lists!!!)

Anybody ever heard of this before? Or is the "Unpredictable" part all about scheduling underpromoted shows for the biz writeoff?

I'm excited at the prospect of a free concert with H*wood and Kaci Battaglia (I'll assume you know these people), plus they have DJ Dennis Rodman! And the WUW Phantom!

Seriously, the "legends battle royal" with the likes of Beefcake, Tito Santana and Tony Atlas does interest me in a certain trainwreck sort of way. I'm amazed that they are reportedly opening the doors at 5pm, a full two hours before showtime.

Why is you amazed? This gives time for the wrestlers to set up a table and sell shit before the matches even start. I think it's pretty smart.

Being on the East Coast, we usually have the doors open for shows like 30 minutes before showtime, and then half the time the show still starts late. I would not have a problem with opening the doors earlier in order to set up wrestlers and merch; I'm just saying that it doesn't happen like that around my way. They are, in fact, pretty smart to do this.

Are they going to sell beer? Alcohol and long waits tend to make bad things happen.

Yeah, he's on his way back up now. Whether or not he'll come back enough to win is another question. (INSERT FOX NEWS HERE) Vince alone would derail any bid of hers, this is true.
