Here are a few I've found...has anyone found others?

NECW
www.necw.tv

Championship Wrestling (Tennessee)
http://www.championshipwrestlingtv.com

AWA (New Jersey)
http://www.awanj1.com/main.html

Jersey All-Pro
http://www.japw.net/

The Wrestling Network site appears to be down, it was hosting NWA-VIrginia
www.wrestlingnetwork.net

Jerry Lawler's site had some Memphis on, and NWA-Universal out of Oklahoma should be getting theirs on soon.

This thread (board.deathvalleydriver.com) over at DVDVR looks like it has some that you didn't list. I'm sure Dean would know some more since it seems like been doing Comix and such for every indy in North American these days.

D-Lo is kind of like Raven, in that they were both underutilized. D-Lo was a good wrestler- it's all a matter of finding the right gimmick or angle, and the writers couldn't do it. I wouldn't be surprised to see him end up in NWA-TNA.
