So do they do something totally different? It sounds like they couldn't even get some "Rock laid out" backstage footage at this point. Well...I guess we'll know some time between the top of the hour and some time approximately four hours from now. Odds are they will still be "writing" even after the show starts.
I definitely don't want to see Undertaker and Punk again. It was fantastic, but Wrestlemania shouldn't be pure rematches. I mean, obviously Hogan/Andre, Hogan/Savage, Bret/Shawn, Rock/Austin were all technically rematches but not in the greater consciousness of fans.
My first instinct was "probably a muscle tear." Eventually, when a wrestler bulks up like The Rock did, it's bound to happen when they push themselves really hard.
If the real direction actually winds up being Brock/Rock for WM30, I don't think setting it up a year in advance is necessary. It worked for Cena/Rock I, because they set it up at WM27 and stated actual goal was to announce the main event a year in advance.
They could have Brock lay out Rock any time in the next 11 months and still be fine. Do something at the Rumble, or the 50 year anniversary, or SummerSlam. Whenevs.

Yup, when you hear about muscles tearing off bone and see someone balloon like Rock it is not hard to put two and two together. It sounds painful, but The Rock never needed to get that big in the first place.
How did that CM Punk tweet go? Something like lifting big barbells doesn't help you breath. Keep up.
This year's top three matches had only 2 out of 6 full time guys. That is a really poor ratio. Diversify and maybe all those matches won't go at the same pace.
Going out on a limb here, but Taker will face a new opponent next year. They will break up The Shield. And the one to face Taker is... Roman Reigns. Not the one I want to see but I will predict he gets the chance. I also predict it will be Ambrose vs Rollins. With Rollins being the face that left The Shield.
Too bad, but it sounds like this will be better for the guy's long-term health. He will probably be a natural for a trainer, as an old-fashioned guy who'll hopefully instill some of his selflessness in the tatooed OVW behemoths.
