Although one observation and a question: the NWA/WCW used to have their shows at either UIC or the United Center, whereas the WWF used/uses the Rosemont primarily.
My question is this: is there any specific reason that no one used Chicago Stadium? The only things that makes sense is access/facilities and/or the possibility that no one wanted to deal with Bill Wirtz.

I wouldn't mind seeing it in Houston either, but i do see Houston as a front runner for WrestleMania 23. You see the biggest cities in the US are in the order of New York (WMXX), LA(WM21), Chicago(WM22) and Houston(WM23). Around WMX7 in Houston there were rumours that Vince had plans to hold WM at the new stadium that was being built beside the Astrodome, and site of the 04 Superbowl. But does it have a roof? If so it would be a good choice to return to big venues. Now....any ideas for WrestleMania 24?
True... Mankind was definitely screwed up in the head when he started in the WWF (and I mean that only in the nicest way), but how can Eugene's character evolve over time so that it doesn't seem too ludicrous for him to be a legitimate contender? Edit:
