Sounds like a little from column A and a little from Column B.

From the preview for tonight's Confidential:

"Move over BassMasters, the APA is about to kick ass and take names with the rod and reel! Bradshaw and Ron Simmons recently filmed a pilot for their own unique fishing show. But this won't be just two guys with beer in a boat. They plan to bring some unique guests on to liven things up. Confidential will have the whole story this Saturday."

I hope and pray that the APA fishing crap doesn't get picked up.

What a great segment to pair with the Hennig tribute.

Somehow I like the idea. Maybe it's just the image in my head of Simmons and Bradshaw Fishing with very special guest Kurt Angle. I Thinks this could be the funnest fishing show ever.

There IS a joke in there, but I'm not sure I wanna go there yet, it's to soon. I'll shut up now on that subject.

I'd probably watch it cause I know I'VE had quite a few drunken fishing excursions and chaos has ALWAYS ensued.

I avoid anything Bradshaw like a plague so I changed the channel as soon as it came on but got a question. I know they brought beer. So the question I have is were they on a boat? And if so, ARREST THAT MAN, ARREST BRADSHAW like you arrest those jackass kids who videotaped themselves vandalizing other people property... Oh how funny would it be if stupid Bradshaw videotaped himself doing something illegal. That would be too great.

Actually this isn't so crazy, i remember a few years ago a TV fisherman getting himself in trouble because one of his episodes showed him catching a fish that wasn't in season LoL

Doesn't matter if they're on a boat, only matters who's driving it. I've been out on charters a number of times, and beer is perfectly legal, at least on the Chesapeake. Dunno if it's different elsewhere, but my understanding has always been that it's only against the law to drive the boat drunk, not to just drink on the boat.

OK, I don't know if anyone saw that last night on Confidential, but it was hillarious. I'm not much of a fishing fan, but if that show gets picked up, I'll watch it. Looks like its gonna be a lot of fun.

If most people are like my girlfriend and fall asleep watching fishing shows; rather than like me who want to know what test line and jig set up is being used, I think this show would go over big if this is actually for real and not a gimmick promo for the APA.

Hell, if anyone can stomach watching Fish Fishburn, I'm sure they would tune into this.

These guys have a pitiful grasp of history. Don't they remember what happened the last time wrestlers got on a boat, Sting was almost blown up in a huge explosion.

Angle-Benoit should be good, of course. Kidman-Eddy should also be good. Also, Kidman's theme is starting to grow on me.
