While looking for a Father's day gift I decided to get him a wrestling dvd. I had to choose between:
Backlash 04
Mick Foley's Greatest Hits and Misses
2004 WWE Hall Of Fame Induction.
I went with Foley. My first choice would have been Chris Benoit's but its not available yet. Which would you choose?
He's already seen the Ric Flair dvd and I got him Bloodbath Wrestlings Greatest Steel Cage matches.

I don't know but "2004 WWE Hall Of Fame Induction" just seems to be the right DVD for Father's Day to me.

It depends on the father, I guess. The Foley set is just awesome, lots of stuff there to keep even the casual Foley fan happy. Although I could see the appeal of the HOF DVD if he's an old-school fan. Can't wait for that one to hit Canada...

On another note, here's the one DVD I would NOT recommend as father's day material.

I think you made a good decision with that Foley set!

My personal WWE DVD favorites:

From the vault: Shawn Michaels
Ultimate Ric Flair collection
Mick Foleys greatest hits and misses
Stone cold truth
Monday night war
Wrestlemania XX
(Hard knocks: Chris Benoit story)

Between that bunch, I'd go with Foley too. I find too many people on the web knock it just because "Oh, I already have most of these matches on VHS, or another DVD" but as a WWE DVD compilation, it's almost second to none. I'd rank it third behind Flair's and Shawn's, and Foley's wit and knowledge is a real treat along with the good matches. Except that damned Sandman one. :)

What about Jim Duggan's rap classic "USA". That song sure does put John Cena to shame.
