Moulin Rouge by far.

From the infamous Wrestleline SS interview:

DTD: If you were to make changes in WCW, if you were in charge and not Ric Flair, what would they be?

SS: I'd get rid of all the old guys, and push the talent that has waited to get the push. The things they are doing, it's back in the 1980s. It's just bad, man. Flair doesn't even deserve to be on the show. You've got to get rid of all the old guys. Like what Vince did, they started pushing guys. Nobody knew who The Rock was 2 years ago. He made The Rock. Now The Rock just did Saturday Night Live. You've got to start with the young talent, talent people can relate to. Who are we trying to relate to if we've got a 50 year old man out there? Are we trying to relate, so a 50 year people and above will go out and buy a f*cking little toy? That ain't gonna happen. It's a f*cking joke.

Does it remind you of any show in particular?

- Get Carter. Total shit.
- Daylight.
- Stop or my Mom Will Shoot. (sensing a theme?)
- Lock Up (gee, never get tired of evil warden/innocent prisoner movies - Shawshank it ain't)

I agree with you. Dumb and Dumber is the 2nd worst movie of all time...I was close to crying when I saw the preview for Dumb and Dumberer at LOTR!

Yep. Me too. I can't believe anyone found this movie funny, though I must concede I snickered during the scene where they eat the hot sauce and Jim Carry is squirting mustard into the air and lapping it with his tongue.

Those of you who said Moulin Rouge and Dirty Dancing are CRACK SMOKERS.

in the grand scheme of movie making, D&D is crap...

but, if you want a MINDLESS easy to follow plot full of sight gags, D&D is the movie for you. I put it on the store tv's if it hasn't been rented, and i still get crowds around the tv watching the flick...

i am worried about their "prequel"

Any given sunday is one of my fav football movies. it was nice to see a drama about football than comedy.

i never saw it until 2001 because two NUNS came into the store to watch it for the 5th time. they just loved that movie and recommended it to me...

i also didn't like Moulin Rouge, because i'm not a fan of musicals. I thought Evita was crap for that reason.

If there was one movie that i would have to spoon out my eyes to avoid seeing, that movie would be... The Moon Is Blue

When I first saw it I didn't think Dumb and Dumber was that funny, I too thought it was stupid and I was pretty confident that my old college friends were morons for laughing so hard at it. But after awhile I found it to be so ridiculously stupid that it *is* pretty funny. It just kind of fits the time it was made--crazy, wild, idiotic, immature, dumbed-down mid-90s culture.

Yes, people that hate Gone with the Wind almost got into a fist fight with my Movie Studies Teacher over on the first day of class. He gave me a C, but it was a great class.

Besides the obvious ones: Godzilla, Pearl Harbor, Robin Hood: Men in Tights. I thought the worst movie of all time was Star Trek V. Good God.

A Fan- Granted, I'd agree with everyone on this list for most stuff, but Dr. Strangelove is a great film.

Godzilla (assumingly the crappy American version) is a crime against cinema, mainly because it's an Americanized Godzilla! Gone With the Wind is good, but can stand to lose an hour of runtime. Pearl Harbor had a good last hour, that's it. I agree with the rest.

Worst movie I've ever seen? Slackers. I was actually OFFENDED by that movie.

Everyone opinion about the worst movie has merit but I want everyone to do me a favor. Go to Amazon.com and look up Mystery Science Theater 3000 episode "Manos, Hand of Fate" and purchase it ( I think it only $10.99 + s&h) and you will see without a shadow of a doubt that this is the worst movie of ALL TIMES. Do this for a fellow poster, thank you.

P.S. Only order the MST3K version oand not the original or you will F*&k up your ability to procreate

I agree about Stangelove... but man, dissing FRAILTY? Paxton did a bang up job and those kids could ACT. It's a story about a family falling apart and the cost of not admitting the flaws of your own flesh and blood. And it's pretty well disguised as something else entirely. How could you HATE this movie? Unless you're a hardcore Christian...

Whoever said 'Meet the Deedles' I feel your pain. I really feel it.

But the WORST movie EEEEEEEVER is... Titanic. Overrated PIECE OF SHIT.

BTW, at least Clark Gable hit it and quit it on Scarlett's selfish ass.

I expected the musical score to be something more original than cover versions of every big musical hit from teh last 20 or 30 years. The visuals were very good, I will give you that.

Worst movies... hmm, let's see, in no particular order...

The Fast and the Furious - nothing fast here, most of the cars are four-banger econoboxes barely pushing 120 hp with aluminum wings and fart tips sounding like weedwackers. Only good for idiotic lines such as "If I wanted time, I'd buy the magazine" and "I live my life a quarter-mile at a time. For those ten seconds, I'm free."

Newsies - there are good musicals (West Side Story, Bye Bye Birdie) and there are bad musicals. This falls into the latter category. Christian Bale (Patrick Bateman from American Psycho) skips and dances around like a fairy as he leads a strike against Joseph Pulizter with help from the guy who played Vinnie from Doogie Howser. The hackneyed storyline has many WCW-sized plotholes that you could drive a Ford F-350 turbodiesel through. (Witness the tacked-on love interest and the scenes where Bale's character "sells out.") Also look for the evil kid from Robocop 2 whose entire purpose is to say that he's from Brooklyn.

Lilo and Stitch - I was dragged into this by an ex-g/f and to no surprise, I was bored to tears during this movie. The animation is VERY nice but the characters are one-dimensional and interchangable, and it's very hard to feel for the protangonists. Lilo is a spoiled brat and all Stitch does is wreck stuff. You could play a drinking game with how predictable the plot is. (Girl is wowed by strange creature, who destroys the lives of the girl's family then runs off only to realize he needs family but gets into trouble with the evil generic aliens, etc.)

I could name more than I've seen on Cinemax, but let's save some bandwidth hehe.

"Alright, now I'd like to show you one of my favorite cartoons. It's a sad, depressing story about a pathetic coyote who spends every waking moment of his life in the futile pursuit of a sadistic roadrunner, who mocks him and laughs at him as he is repeatedly crushed and maimed. I hope you enjoy it!"
