Of all the flicks you've ever watched, what do you consider the worst line of dialogue you have heard?
I ask this because I am sitting here watching Road House, and the line "I used to fuck guys like you in prison", while funny, is also perhaps the stupidest thing said in the whole history of cinema.

Did that start with Top Gun?
Another line that sucked "Hold me, like that time on Nabu" (might be paraphrasing a bit).

Bugs me ten times more when people say that in real life, and then laugh like it's the first time anybody has ever said it.

I'm pretty sure I first heard that when I watched the old James Bonds movies on TBS. Either way, it's been around way too long for such a dumb phrase to still be used.

I'm curious to see just how many times Arnold or Sylvester show up in this thread. "I AAAAMMMM THE LAAAAWWW!" Is still one of the most memorable bad lines ive ever heard.
Street Fighter is nothing but these, if only to be redeemed by Raul Julia's magnificent chewing of the scenery.
Brell from No Holds Barred also has his share, such as insisting on calling people 'jockass'. I'm still figuring out the implications of 'go take a leak'.

To be fair JustinShapiro, most any one of Tommy Wisseau's lines in 'The Room' could have been nominated.
IIRC, on the 'I Love The 70's' special they did on VH1, they totally mocked the line from 'Love Story' ("Love means never having to say you're sorry"). Can't say I disagree; I have yet to think of a stupider line than that one.

I once knew a married couple from work that couldn't quit and went to a hypnotist. They thought it was a waste of time, but a friend of theirs talked them into it and said it was the real deal and it worked on him.
