WWF World - Kane His title reign felt so pointless. It was simply an excuse to hotshot the title back to Austin the following evening, a trend that's been followed SEVERAL times since. Problem is he wasn't at World Title level and has never really felt like a threat to the title for more than a couple weeks at a time.
WWF Intercontinental - Albert He wasn't over. He's yet to wrestle a handful of memorable matches. His gimmick is boring. Nobody remembered he had been the champ the night after losing the strap.
WWF European - Mark Henry Lame duck from the start when he was handed the strap from Jarrett. Lost the belt a month later back to D'Lo Brown, which everyone saw coming from the moment he took the belt.
WWF Hardcore - Viscera No heat. Not good, not bad, doesn't even merit GO AWAY heat. His 7 minutes with the belt were the most boring 7 minutes of the whole hardcore battle royal. The Ho was more over than this guy was.
WWF Lightheavyweight - Gillberg Funny gimmick, no place holding what could have been a serious belt. Spent a year building it up with TAKA, dropped it to Christian, only to kill all the heat it had when giving it to Gillberg.
WWF Women's - Chyna The division had nowhere to go once Chyna was on top. Suddenly you knew there was no way to get the belt off of her. While some people see this as good, there was no way any woman could believably take her out. Harvey Wippleman was pretty bad, but he didn't do any serious damage, and the division wasn't taken overly seriously when he was champ. The WWF knew they had nothing left for Chyna to do and let her go.
WWF World Tag-Team - Bob Holly & 123 Kid They were made the champions simply to shock the world. Didn't work, nobody cared. Dropped the straps the next night to the Smokin' Gunns. Just a really silly idea.
Cfgb just read my mind, I was going to also say Kane for the World Title and also Bob Holly & 1-2-3 kid for tag team.
As for the others... Intercontinental - I'm going to have to say Chyna/Jericho. Don't get me wrong, Jericho is a great IC Champ, but when they held the title together it was awful. Not only is Chyna not deserving, but the angle was just stupid. Honorable mentions: Billy Gunn, Road Dog, Jeff Hardy
European Title - You can't really go wrong with Mideon although I would put Saturn a close second. Maybe not his fault though, they haven't done jack with him.
Hardcore Title - I'm going to have to agree with Test, even though he's a better wrestler than some of the other hardcore wrestlers he doesn't really fit in the division while a lot of the others do for being garbage wrestlers. Honorable Mentions: K-kwik, British Bulldog
Women's Title - Nobody has ever been good, get rid of the title.
Lightweight Title - Ummm...I really don't have a problem with any of them. They've all been lightweights, they've all been pretty good wrestlers. Any of them could put on entertaining matches with other lightweights if given a chance.
WWF Title - I'll go with Sid. Interesting in that when both the WWF and WCW put the primary strap on Sid, the company started going downhill, in WCW's case, more rapidly than usual.
IC Title - I'm torn between Billy Gunn, Godfather and Val Venis (the second time). I think I'll go with Billy Gunn, just for the fact that he NEARLY DAMN CRIPPLED Chris Benoit. Twice.
Tag Team Titles - I'm not putting Men On A Mission, because they give the word "bad" a bad name. I would say Goodfather and Buchanan. Ugh, they were awful...
Euro Title - Shawn Michaels. Just for the fact that he merely used it as a vanity belt to get one over on Bret Hart. Ordinarily, I wouldn't object, but it's because he did nothing with it while he had it.
Hardcore Title - Crash Holly. If he was so great, how come he kept losing the damn thing?
LH Title - Gillberg. He held it for 18 months and defended it twice, maybe...
Woman's Title - You know, I never minded Chyna that much. I would have preferred she wasn't forced down our throats so much and was given the Euro title instead, but I think that Debra was the worst Woman's Champion in the history of women.
'Fraid not. At WM11, Bigelow was in the main against LT (yes, Lawrence Taylor... wasn't bad for a celebrity match), and Owen hart took the tag straps with Yokozuna. I think it may have been 12, though. Don't quote me on that.
