We may or may not hear about this on television, but for people who like to keep track of this kinda stuff, the Women's Title
was won by Mickie James for the third time, and then
won back by Melina shortly thereafter on the 24th, the last night of WWE's European Tour.
On the show (which took place in Paris), Mickie James won the title by pinning Victoria in a triple-threat match that also involved Melina, and then Jonathan Coachman came out, declared that Melina was due an immediate rematch because she hadn't been pinned, and Melina stole the title back by pinning Mickie with her feet on the ropes.
Just in case someone wanted to know that.

I would think Victoria is the last woman wrestler who would make that kind of odd mistake. Is she going blind and couldn't tell the difference because Melina and Mickie?
And why wouldn't the ref just stop counting? That has happened before.
This is just a very weird situation and the Chris Jericho in me is smelling a CONSPIRACY~! Or not.

Myself I'm not a fan of Nick Patrick's "hand under the shoulder routine" or Earl Hebner's telegraphed two-count.

Yikes, people. It's like we're coming up with conspiracy theories like this was the Montreal Screwjob. "Thank you for calling Smarty Mart. For customer service, press one.
