I may have disagreed with Buckley on many things, but no one can deny that the man was a genius and a major figure. The world is a less interesting place without him in it.

Not agreeing with him on much of anything, I still found him thought provoking, fascinating, and well-grounded in his beliefs. He was the type of conservative that liberals like myself respected and listened to without sarcasm.

I've never really watched his show, but anytime I've seen him in another show or some other place, he always seemed like a pretty engaging personality. Assuming his style translates to radio (and I think it does)
