My folks have a saying that goes like "If you don't vote, you're not allowed to complain about your government." -- I take those words to heart. Plus, with voter turnout at amazingly low levels, we all have to do our part.

So, yeah, I'm with KJames199 here.

My dad had a related theory - "All you're doing by voting is endorsing the government, and all they'll do is take your approval and whipe their asses with it." So he only voted when he really felt like a candidate deserved it.

Now, now, you can't vote multiple times in Chicago.....at least not until you die.

This happened to me, too, I'm sure. I tend to vote for whichever candidate looks like they're least likely to tax the living hell out of me and spend it on a raise for himself... Unfortunately, every candidate in PA who fit that description was busy being called "Just like GW Bush!" by his opponent, and now I hope Pennsylvanians are ready to open their wallets.

OK, Maybe I'm just a little bitter that Ed "I'm taking all the money in the state and giving it all to Philly!" Rendell gets to keep his spot in office... Just a little.

Not only did I get an "I voted today" sticker for my trouble, but I also got a bonus Jack Chick comic from the Conservative Christian party on my way out. Hilarious!

Aww, we got neither. Didn't know they were still doing the stickers. (Came in at around 11 AM, personally.)

And the old-school voting booths will reign supreme, this much is true. Thought they were using electronic ones in some places in CT... dunno where, though.

I liked the "Evil Doink" that the character first was. When Doink went face, I got bored with him real fast. As for my least favortite wrestler, it would be Disco Inferno. I know some think the guy was a decent worker, but I never liked him.
