This is horrible, I just looked at the WWE website and they are holding Judgement Day and as we all know WM21 in LA. Now I live around the Milwaukee area and the last PPV we had here was No Way Out in 2002. Why arent they having WM21 here. Miller Park would be a good place to have it. Everytime WWE comes near here we kind of get shafted. Im sick of going to non-televised events.
I think they should bring Wrestlemania back to Canada, to Montreal in the Olympic Stadium. Montreal is a huge wrestling city as we can see from Survivor Series 97 and last year's No Way Out and dont forget Hulk Hogan's 10 minute standing ovation the night after Wrestlemania X-8. They can probably fit like 80 thousand people in the Olympic Stadium.
One of my buddies just brought this to my attention...WM is turning 21, and why pass up celebrating its 21st bday in the Beer capital of the US, Milwaukee.

If you're using that logic, they should hold it in the capital of all that good and sinful...Las Vegas.
In the context of baseball, the use of drugs hurts only the player. In the context of baseball, the use of alcohol hurts only the player. In the context of baseball, womanizing hurts whom? Maybe the wife of the player? In the context of baseball, felonies are crimes against society, not against baseball. In the context of baseball, gambling is the only crime against baseball.
Gambling, in the context of baseball, is a capital offense and Rose has richly earned-- hell, he agreed to-- his death sentence. Let him hang.

Las Vegas would have been a much better choice for WrestleMania 21 (especially if they use the number and not the roman numeral!). What I'm wondering about, though, is why exactly they chose to return to an arena instead of the big stadium draws they have had over the last few years? Why they chose MSG for WMXX is certainly understandable, but now they're going to the Staples Center instead of the Superdome or some other bigass place.
Minnesota hasn't had a PPV since SummerSlam '99. Not that I have really wanted one since the HHH Era began the very next night, but 5 years is a long time. Before 1999, it was never.
we have only had King of the Ring '96 (the birth of Austin 3:16) and N.W.O. 2002, thats it. Thats only 2 in like 10 year almost. Compared to the 5-10 that La, New york , and Cities in Canada had

Olympic Stadium is a dump.

Hell, bring the next wrestlemania to OKLAHOMA.
As if people would be so self serving.
It just so happens that my completely unbiased opinion is that they should expand the worldwide appeal of WM by bringing it to the UK. *coughMurrayfieldEdinburghcough*
That is true...here in Tulsa we get house shows down the throat, and well we got a smackdown! in Dec. 2002, i didn't go, but my cousin did (lucky bastard. which saw the birth of Team Angle and Chris Benoit defeating Big Show to face Angle at the 03 Rumble in a 5 Star classic.
I can’t pretend this is the way it’ll stay I’m just trying to bend the truth
Love you and miss you ***1960 - 2003*** rest in the heavens where you belong...
Hey while we're dreaming let them bring Wrestlemania 22 to Jacksonville! We DID have the last WCW PPV Greed after all. Or they could do something smart and run it in a real city.

I think I'd mark out if they did a Wembley show, that was a HOT crowd and great setting.
I'd mark out more if they brought it to the Richfield Coliseum 15 miles to the north of me, especially since the Richfield Coliseum doesn't exist But one can fantisize.
Y'know, when they made the announcement during the show, I have to admit I was a bit shocked. I understood trading venue size for history/prestige of MSG this year for the 20th anniversary of the event. However, I assumed they would bring Mania back to a much larger facility for next year. Even with the downtrend in business, I always thought the "E" had confidence they could sell at least 40,000 seats for a Wrestlemania (they did do at least that amount legit for X9, didn't they?). Perhaps they believe the amount of mainstream pub they can get being in LA will offset what one would think would be a smaller gate in a regular arena. Or, maybe they're just counting on HHH and Rock both being in films, and are planning Mania around their shooting schedules. ;-)

You can't make a WrestleMania in the UK because the show would air in america at, like, 2 o'clock in the morning. Or they air it on tape delay a day later (like they did with SS92). Either way, it's not a good idea.

Everything I say is a lie. Except that. And that. And that. And that. And that....And that.
Having WM21 in LA gives the perfect opportunity for a Eddy / Rock program. With the huge spanish population in Cali, they might be able to pull off a legit heel Rock against a monster face Eddie. And if any of you remember that memorable promo and match these 2 had on Raw a couple of years ago then you want to see this as much as me.
"Seriously, guys, I know how you feel. You know what this promo needs? More me. Mememememememememe. I am. I am. Iam. I am whatever you say I am. If I wasn’t, then why would you say I am. In the news, the papers, every day I am. I am. I’m. Holy crap, I can talk for as long as I want, can’t I? They just don’t have the heart to cut me off. Let’s see. What else can I talk about? Oh! You want to know what I did this weekend? Stephanie and I were in Boston shopping for tea kettles and." - Excalibur05

Actually, with (let's say) a 2000 start time, it'd actually be 3 in the afternoon on the east coast, noon on the west coast.* It wouldn't be TERRIBLE if they did it on, say, a Saturday, but I imagine it might be something of a logistical nightmare - not to mention nobody knows if people habitually purchasing prime time shows would make the move to an earlier time. Football (US) fans don't seem to mind so much, but we all know the two audiences aren't really comparable.
Since everyone is giving their 2 cents, what are the chances of WWE holding Wrestlemania ever in Washington D.C. at the M.C.I. Center? I mean we have had (at least I have been too) RAW, Smackdown, a few WCW Starrcades, I was just wondering if their is ANY chance in hell of WM in D.C.?

1) Mick Foley autographs were free at Six Flags New England, but I wonder if the park gave him a cut of the gate. 2) Austin IS returning and his probation won't be a problem.
