That is it, word for word. Unless something has happened in either Oregon or Minnesota in the past few hours, Guru and CRZ are not Congress, so the amendment has no impact on their running of the board (and, if something has happened and they are Congress, we need to talk tax cuts). This board is a dictatorship.
