If I had to add my 2 cents, I'd say it'll be Triple H vs. Benoit with some added stipulation for the strap at 'Slam.
The rest of the card could be interesting ... if I had to guess, I'd like to say ...

HHH and Benoit, have done this since (if you look back) the original Radical invasion,it's time has passed. HHH is the best heel champion since Yokozuma, but the WWE is a promotion that is better with a face champion.
Benoit, as boring as he is, has developed a following. Chris Benoit should stay champion,and what is better the WWE blueprint is disrupted by him;Years of fan optimism favoring the face champion has given way to the fan wanting the heel to win.
I say since Summer Slam is so huge of an event have Raw take the dive to SmackDown.
