Yeah, after this next Bond film in November, Pierce Brosnan is hanging up his PPK and moving on...so who should replace him as 007? I say....Ewan McGregor. He has an accent (Scottish), he's suave, and he's...uh...he can sing!
I've thought for a while that Clive Owen would be a great Bond.
He was the star of Croupier and can currently be seen in Robert Altman's Gosford Park.
“ER is a hit. Frasier is a hit. As far as PTI is concerned - When the first number of your Nielsen rating is a point, you’re not a hit.” –Norman Chad, on the Tony Kornheiser Show, describing Pardon the Interruption’s popularity.
I don't remember if I ranted about it here or someplace else. But I thought it was vastly overrated. Crowe does the usual "mentally disturbed" overacting (TM Dustin Hoffman) and the "gimmick" was stupid and annoying as all hell.
