I totally see your point, but I think there is a difference between "Mic Skills/Being a good talker" and "Staying in character".
**I think Edge has fantastic mic skills. I always thought of his post-Brood character as being a real guy. Just an everyday dude that happens to wrestle. No catch phrases, no elaborate costumes/masks/facepaint and I think the way he talks matches that perfectly.
**After last night's RAW, it looks like they MAY be going more towards the "little bit crazy" thing you were talking about, thus making my previous comments about the way he talks null and void.
You have to remember too with HHH was that he was clowning around too. When you are doing that, you tend to be a hell of a lot more relaxed. It sure as hell didn't hurt to have Shawn Michaels there too! I give Benoit slack because he had never really had to depend on mic skills, his ringwork did it all. He reminds me of a younger Austin really. The Hardyz suck, plain and simple. They are awkward and it comes off bad. See the Vengeance promo for proof.

This looks much better then the other "History of the ... Championship" DVD's they've come out with. I'm very interested in the documentary. The documentary looks like it's going to cover timeframes never covered on any WWE documentary before.
