I can take comfort in the fact that the death of the Lakers is now upon us. The Kings couldn't blow it now, could they? Actually, I hope LA wins game six, but the Kings win game 7 just because I love watching these two teams play.

I don't know about that. Horry is good yes, and underrated yes. But I don't know if I'd take him. I mean he does play power forward, which isn't exactly lacking good players. I think i would take Elton Brand, Chris Webber, Tim Duncan, Karl Malone, Kenyon Martin, Dirk Nowitizki, Antonio McDyess, Jermaine O'Neal, Antoine Walker, and Rasheed Wallace before I even thought about Horry.

I mean sure the Lakers do well with him because they're loaded at center and guard with Shaq and Kobe, but if you're drafting players, you're not going to get Kobe AND Shaq, you're probably not going to get either one unless you have one of the top 3 picks. So I think I would go with one of the above power forwards to try and build my team around.

Well, either Sterling is serious about getting Kobe or he's just being tight with money yet again. Isn't the minimum salary level rule in the NBA known in some circles as the Donald Sterling Rule?
