For all of you who were dying to find out what happened to the "Dog-faced Gremlin" Rick Steiner...

(crickets chirping)

http://www.ajc.com/metro/content/metro/cherokee/1105/17schoolboard.html

Apparently Rick's been a busy man since he left wrestling. Not only has been been making a living at real estate, he is now a recently elected school board official.

That is all, you may all go back to talking about the drug testing now.

edit: Yes I know I screwed up the title. I apologize.

Well, I didn't have any idea about this and found it interesting. Not everyone reads the Torch and/or Observer.

Good for Rick. There aren't many cooler nicknames than "The Dog-faced Gremlin" these days.

I never think of myself as a simple mark, but sometimes I am reminded that my perception is not reality. If you had asked me my opinion of Rick Steiner's intelligence, I (not knowing any FACTS about him) would have ranked him just below a lump of gravy.

Now I feel really stupid. I doubt he cares what I think, but I have to apologize for that gross misjudgement.-- Sorry, Rick.

The blurb was that he was being considered for the position. This confirms that he actually got it.

I can't help but picture him wearing the headgear during meetings.

Here's a vote for Edge, no question. I always liked him better than Christian. His ringwork is much better, he is just as good on the mic, and he's twice as charismatic. Christian says "midcarder" to me in ten-foot high fiery letters.
