What he said. People look at me funny when I tell them that the first season of Spongebob is pure comedy genius. I get the same look when I start talking about manga, so I suppose I should include my subscription to Shonen Jump as another guilty pleasure.

Same here. Except my kids are a little younger so I watch a lot of Wonder Pets. And since Sesame Street got bumped in favor of Barney (puke), I freely dial up SS on demand every now and again. How can you not like Ernie's 'Sometimes I Imagine'?

I went through the Wonder Pets, Dora, Diego and such a couple of years ago. Now we are a little more "advanced" with the kids shows, I mean that in their age appropriate, not better quality.

Shnitzle from Chowder is one of the funniest characters ever created. He is a rock monster who only says "Rada", yet everyone understands him and he understands everyone. Never has a character done so much with just one word in their vocabulary.

Nice to see so many adults enjoy watching kids shows. Of course, there are many that I detest, like Rugrats and Caillou.

"Marriage is like that show Everybody Loves Raymond, but its not funny. All the problems are the same, but you know instead of all the funny, pithy dialogue, everybody is really pissed off and tense. Marriage is like a tense, unfunny version of 'Everybody Loves Raymond', only it doesn't last 22 minutes. It lasts forever."

Crap....although I started this with Hootie and The Blow Fish, I think I have different guilty pleasures that fit this thread.

Power Rangers - Although I don't follow the storyline religiously......If it's on and switch to it....I'm watching it.

Sesame Street - Um, at least I can say I have a kid. That doesn't really explain my entire adult life though.

Saved by the Bell....I think that most "kids" my age agree on the show. SBTB is so bad it's great. Need I remind you of the caffeine pills? I'm still happy when I find this show in syndication on TBS.

D&D - Can't explain it. Although I'm a huge video game RPG fan, the video games will never measure up to the years of camaraderie that D&D built. Shhh! Don't tell anybody that I am still playing an adventure that my DM created 7 years ago. Why the hell am I only level 31? After seven excruciating years!?!

Anyhow, after reading the Hootie and the Blowfish shouldn't be something to be embarrassed about, I felt inclined to put something else out there.

The Suite Life & Hannah Montana. I really can't stand those shows (or can I?).

I also watch shows my kids do when they're not around: SpongeBob, Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide (brilliant, makes me remember Parker Lewis Can't Lose), and Drake and Josh.

My other guilty pleasure...Rick Astley.

Underage hookers. I know I probably shouldn't, but I just can't help myself. There's something about the squealing noises they make - you just can't replicate that experience once their voice deepens. I get strange looks from my coworkers whenever I talk about calling up my favourite 11-year-old for a weekend rendezvous, but whatever, they all like to go golfing and I don't get that either. It takes all kinds.

This is just a note for the humor impaired: If this were real, his co-workers would call the police. This is obviously a joke.

Count me in with the Sponebob crowd. I would also add the Fairy Oddparents and Hannah Montana. And I'm not sure if it's a guilty reference as much as it is a obscure one here in the states, but I have really gotten into Eurovision over the last year. I just enjoy all the different performances, good, bad, and just straight-up crazy that I have seen on Youtube, though I hear from a lot of people that say it has been rigged towards Eastern Europe the last couple of years.

My wife & I own the first 3 seasons on Spongebob on DVD, the series kinda jumped the shark IMO after that. We discovered this show during our honeymoon, of all places, in 2003. Fairly Oddparents is a good show too, but I wouldnt spend money on it.

My other guilty pleasures include Nacho Libre, The Maury Povich Show, What Not to Wear, John & Kate Plus Eight, and the aforementioned Professional Wrestling. I'll probably think of more as the thread goes on.

Didn't think D&D fit in until I saw it on Guinness's post.

Music: Fatboy Slim. I know, I know, sooooo 1999, but oh sooooo good.

Television/Movies: Pro-Wrestling. I catch whatever WWE or TNA are putting out sporadically, but I watch the old AWA and UWF footage on ESPN Classic almost religiously (then again, it usually comes on after Conan's done being funny late at night when there isn't much else on and I can't sleep because I just got off my shift.) Also, whenever one of the Eastwood "Man with no Name" trilogy of spaghetti westerns comes on, I stop and watch it.

Also, whenever I find myself in Starbucks, I look at the menu and get really confused, and forget how to order just a plain old coffee. Not so much a pleasure but I get embarrassed when I hold up the line trying to decipher what some of the words on the wall mean (in my defense, I rarely see them elsewhere).

Rick Astley, 11 year old girls, waitaminute when did this become 4chan?

*Oop, I guess knowing about and occasionally lurking 4chan.

Man, there are A LOT of things that I'm going to hell for. But laughing at this, is right at the top of the list.

I had just bent down to tighten my nuts, and there was a double yellow line, see? And next thing I knew, there was policeman behind me. He put a sticker on my helmet and tried to clamp me.

I guess I should add that I've seen every episode of Ben 10. Movies too.

Some might think being a fan of Avatar is something to be embarrassed about but I sure dont. Legit best show on TV.

TLC's "What Not to Wear"

It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't catch myself saying things like, "Honey, no!" out loud to the TV whilst watching it.

- That I still (occasionally) watch anime at 28 years old.

You know, I never really understood what that is. What is a "Posiskunk", anyhow?

Holy sh!tballs! I thought I was the only one who liked that show. Of course, I only watch it because my daughter loves it, but I think I spent 30 minutes Googling that show and everyone behind it - only because I noticed one day that the guy who plays Sportacus (Magnus Scheving) was in the credits about 30 times. You know each episode of that show cost $1 million to produce? In Iceland, no less?

Thanks to my daughter, I also enjoy Spongebob, Diego (I can't get enough of that Resuce Pack song), Dora, Jakers, The Backyardigans, Spongebob, Noddy, Caillou and, of course, Sesame Street. Barney should be shot in the face and the Teletubbies (and that Boobah crap) scare the living bejeezus out of me.

I also enjoy the entire Stan Bush collection of movie soundtrack songs. And I'm now ready for my straitjacket.
