I can't tell what you mean - give an example, please.
Oh, and Looser or Loose instead of Loser or lose is probably the worst, but retarted pisses me off everytime I see that as well. It's retarded (and you shouldn't be using it most of the time that you do!)

You wanted the best, you got... Out of Context Quote of the Week. "I have no reason left to live. Now where the hell does this 7 go?" (Spank E) You've seen it enough on this board and anywhere else that discusses wrestling. Pronounced foo-ed, I assume?
Everyone else knocked off the good ones (your/you're, there/their/they're). But add in repeated hatchet jobs on various names (mostly by my father, as if he is to be believed, Steinfeld was one of the definitive 90's sitcoms and Cingulair is a cell phone company).

I believe I speak for the elderly folks on this board when I say we need a translation.
I thought of another one: the free use of acronyms that not everyone knows the meaning of in your writing. That is frequently done in technical writing and it is frustrating.
Oh, and its and it's - another common and frustrating common misuse. Its is possessive, people!

"It doesn’t want to speak English. I can’t even talk the way these people talk. “Why you ain’t where you is go, ra.” I don’t know who these people are. And I blamed the kid until I heard the mother talk. Then I heard the father talk. This is all in the house. You used to talk a certain way on the corner and you got into the house and switched to English. Everybody knows it’s important to speak English except these knuckleheads. You can’t land a plane with, “Why you ain’t…” You can’t be a doctor with that kind of crap coming out of your mouth."
Axe, I be, 'where you at', a'ight, all of it makes my ears bleed.
