The Office Special: The most perfect series finale in the history of TV that I've seen. Subplots a-plenty, and all tied away.
The Simpsons: "Burns Verkaufen der Kraftwerk": One of many classics, but this one is my favorite for Homer's Land of Chocolate hallucination and tons of hilarious jokes at Germany's expense. "We Germans aren't all smiles und sunshine."
Lost: "Pilot": Within the first ten minutes of chaos, I was hooked.
Dawson's Creek: "Stolen Kisses": 2 or 3 years of subplots all explode in one episode. Yes, this is the one where Joey & Pacey hook up.
Arrested Development: "Key Decisions": The best GOB episode.
Scrubs: "My Bed Banter & Beyond": J.D. & Elliot's relationship, encapsulated in 22 minutes and a pizza.

Miami Vice: Pilot, Heart of Darkness, Calderone's Return part II
Simpsons: already mentioned "Marge vs. the Monorail" and "Last exit to Springfield"
I've got this thing where I can't eat at home unless I'm watching something on TV so I watch a lot of the same stuff over and over.

Ross: "Chandler was how old when he first touched a woman's breast?" Rachel: "Uh...14?" Ross: "No, 19." Chandler: "Thanks, man."
I love that episode. But my favorite questions during the quiz were both during the speed round
Ross: What was Monica's nickname during field hockey. Joey: Big Fat Goalie
Ross: Rachel claims this is her favorite movie. Chandler: Dangerous Liasons Ross; But this is her favorite movie Joey: Weekend At Bernie's...NYAH!
And I also like it when Chandler says the name on his TV Guide is "Ms. Chanandler Bong"
Basically it is a tie between this episode and the Seinfeld episode of The Contest.
Or Family Guy when Stewie tries to destroy the sperm in Peter. I love the line from Peter
Peter: Oh...my duodenum.

Oooh, another few episodes now that I think of it-- "17 People", "Somebody's Going to Emergency, Somebody's Going to Jail", "Proportional Response" and the two-part "Commencement"/"25" arc that ended the fourth season
"17 People" is probably the one that I would watch over and over again if I had to choose- Toby going off in the Oval Office is one of the better shot scenes in that series.

| #54 Posted on 1.9.06 1340.46 | Homicide: Life of The Street - "The Subway" it's the one were Vincent D'Onofrio guest stars. Vincent is pushed into on on-coming subway train and gets caught between the ramp and the train. The way his body is "literally" twisted, is what's keeping him alive. SO the whole hour is just him and Andre Braugher talking...they both know that soon as they free him he'll most likely die... It is still the most riveting, heart-wrenching hour of tv I've ever seen.
Friends - The Thansgiving when Brad Pitt guest stars. Joey asking for pie after he's eaten a whole turkey is just tv gold!

I also like the WKRP in Cincinnati episode with Les Nessman on the window ledge because someone on the Reds thought he was gay. My second favorite episode is the one when the decided to drop turkeys from the WKRP chopper because they thought turkeys could fly.
On Seinfeld, I love the Bubble Boy episode. But the episode called The Bet (Master of my Domian) is a classic as well.
One of my all-time favorite shows ever is the Happy Days 2 parter when Fonz jumps the trashcans at Arnold's.

| #57 Posted on 4.9.06 2343.02 | Instant Rating: 4.42 | I consider myself a tried and true Trekker, and while there have been countless great shows throughout the various series, the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode, "Far Beyond The Stars" in my opinion, is the finest episode of the DS9 series, and perhaps of the entire Star Trek mythos. Avery Brooks' portrayal as embattled 1950s sci-fi writer Benny Russell is absolutely superlative and moving. The dialogue between Captain Sisko and his father at the end of the episode is just absolutely riveting, especially when Sisko looks into the window at the very end (I won't spoil it for those of you who haven't viewed this episode!).
There are moments on television that transcend the medium. And in a very sincere and understated way, "Far Beyond The Stars" is a quintessential example of that. I just can't speak highly enough of this particular story!
