|  #1 Posted on 17.8.05 1135.42 | Instant Rating: 8.46 | As a cold, callous, cruel dictator, I have made it my lifelong goal to crush all sense of community spirit from this message board by discouraging meaningless conversation, yet...there are still oodles of people who really seem to want to learn more about their fellow posters. (God knows why.)
Also, other people really seem to want a quick and easy way to bump up their post count.
Keeping both of these goals in mind, I've created THIS forum, but because I do nothing easy, here are the rules:
The Subject of the thread that you start here has to be ONE QUESTION. I've given you a couple of examples.
Your post #1 in the thread must be YOUR answer to that question. If you fail to set a good example, how can you expect others to follow you?
PRETTY PLEASE: Try not to start more than one thread a day in here. Compelling content, of course, will always trump this rule, but - I'm sorry - most of you haven't been that compelling and while I'm an optimist, I don't hold THAT much hope.
I will try to be a little more relaxed about what I let through here, but I will again remind you that if it looks like it's just you and someone else exchanging posts, it's probably time to take it to private messages and/or Get A Room.
