"We gave him a chance to allow the inspectors in, and he wouldn't let them in."

...is what George Bush said yesterday in his latest defense of the intel that led to the State of the Union address. He said this with Kofi Annan looking at him going "whaaaaa...?" Presumably Hans Blix is sitting at home right now wondering what he did from November through March.

I'm not quite sure if this is more amusing than Donald Rumsfeld desperately trying to argue that Saddam Hussein was more dangerous than Kim Jong Il when Kim had nukes and Saddam didn't - no, no, I am, this is more amusing.

...I am, apparently, very tired, because I read "Kim Jong II" as "King Kong II" and wondered when the big fella had the chance to raise a kid, what with all the plummeting from buildings and whatnot.

Well, hell, there you go.

Good to see the big guy fighting adversity and finding true love. Inspirational! He should've gotten Zach Gowan's job.

EDIT: Nevermind. It was funny, but it's just going to cause a fight, and I'm not in the mood.

Trolling is never funny (unless I do it). This "thread" has been pretty appropriately no-sold, in my opinion.

...crap. First I steal your gimmick and now I'm the Politics section's version of Nathan Jones?

I need to have a talk with the writers...

Actually, I was talking about the election in general... That is a misleading statistic, however, because there are so few black Republicans (I believe it was something like 93% of blacks voted for Gore in 2000 - something to that effect.)
