This is due to me watching a bunch of episodes of Arrested Development on DVD (For those who don't know, #1 shame on you for not watching the show, and #2 the oldest son uses Final Countdown as his theme in his magic act)
Lisa: Poor predicatble Bart, always picks rock Bart: Good ole rock, nothing beats that
Come, break me down Bury me, bury me I am finished with you, you, you Look in my eyes You're killing me, killing me All I wanted was you
Never argue religion, politics, wrestling or the merits of individual wrestlers--no one else will recognize you for the expert you obviously are and resent your insistence that you're right and they all have s**t for brains.
This has been in my head for the past week and a half due a million people trick-linking to it on to another board I read occasionally. I really don't mind as it's not a bad song. The video is another matter.
Soulja Boy has drove me batshit crazy the last month or so. Just constantly in my head. The worst thing about it is, I heard a mash-up combining Soulja Boy with We Got The Beat, which resulted it being faster and catchier. I'm dying to find something, anything that will take it out of my head.
"Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go backstage. I'm proud of myself, I just beat Brad Armstrong!" - Arn Anderson on WCW Saturday Night in 1992, in the classiest display I've ever seen of someone putting over an underrated mid-carder that everyone in the locker room knew deserved better than the push he got.
"Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley. I was on a thread on Fark about RickRolling (I'd never heard of it 'til today, but apparently it's been around for a while....one of those internet phenomenas) and that's all I can think of right now.
Thread ahead: What's the worst movie you've seen on a "Date"? Next thread: How have high gas prices effected you? Previous thread: What are your summer plans?
I have to work at least half a day and stick around if anyone calls-in. Can't imagine why anyone would want to call in sick for Christmas. Looks like I'll be there the whole day, so my wife and I are opening gifts way early in the morning.
