Lately, I am hooked on NutriGrain Munch'ems. I think they have a different name in the States, something like "NutriGrain Granola Bites." Basically, they're little triangles that taste like oatmeal cookies. They're great. They lead to me behaving badly, so they have been banned from my house on at least two separate occasions, but I can't stay away.

HIGHLY underrated, I must say. (Don't forget the chicken balls.)

Oscar Mayer Beef "Fast Franks".... 3 of them cook up in about 90 seconds in the microwave. The buns are more of a biscuit-like consistency, rather than a soggy "white bread" kind of bun. I'm sure I will get sick of them soon (or, just plain sick), but I'm enjoying them for now.

I've been hooked on scrambled eggs and PBJ lately.

I used to be hooked on Stouffer's Mac and Cheese, but I haven't bought one lately.

I live on:

Chef Boyardee small pasta pots

An occasional pepperoni Tony's Pocket (which despite CRZ's propaganda are better than Hot Pockets)[and cheaper]

And an occasional small Stauffer's Lasagna, mac and cheese or chicken parmesan.

I used to love Easy Mac, but lately it has sucked every time I've made it. I don't know if they've done something to the formula, but it's just no good anymore.

Tabouli - about 10 minutes to make, and no heating required means a cooler apartment. It literally costs pennies per serving too.

Hot Pockets. Though, to be honest, I do get the Lean Pockets because I am "concerned" about what I eat.

About this time last year I would have eaten hot pockets or something like that. After having to diet and successfully losing 50+ lbs, the only quick snack I can go to is salad with low fat dressing and a couple of croutons.

Uncle Ben's Rice and Sauce: available in Sweet'n'Sour, teriyaki, yellow (thai) curry and Indian curry...they are my three dollar addiction. Big enough for a small meal, and great for vegetarian diets.

The Mexican Chili variety is disgusting.

It's definitely my go-to during the wintertime.

I also give a vote to Chicken Bakes from Price Costco. Cooks in 3-4 minutes, always delicious and always fills the spot.

This isn't a food so much as a flavoring, but I've recently discovered Marie Sharp's Exotic Sauce and have used it on more than half of my meals in the past few weeks. It's made by a Belizean hot sauce brand but it has only a tiny bit of heat to it. It's a sort of tangy pepper garlic sauce and is great on roasted or grilled veggie, eggs or meat or fish of any sort, and mixed with some oil as a dressing.
