After watching the draft-lottery and seeing the trades made between Eric Bischoff and Kurt Angle, I wonder a couple of things.

Who the hell is Garrison Cade without Mark Jindrak ?

For that matter, who the hell is Mark Jindrak without Garrison Cade ( a Natural Born Filler? )

Why the hell would the powers split up the FBI..I mean who the hell is Palumbo without Stamboli and Nunzio ?

Why did they have to send Tajiri to Raw ending his faction with Akio and Sakoda ? (hey, I know at one point the WWE gave this faction an actual name..I can't remember it, it was also on the website)

I wonder how big of a push Palumbo and Cade will get. I'm sure Tajiri will be okay..than again, Matt Hardy ? And, why the hell didn't they just send Shannon Moore to Raw. Hook the little M'Fer up, dammit.

Does it realy matter what roster A-Train is on and I'd like to touch, squeeze and suckle on Nidia's toes. I mean breasts.

I wouldn't worry too much about the FBI, they'll probably be reunited in the "new" ECW.

I just hope they bring back Tony Mamaluke. Damn, that boy could bump like a pinball.

I think Palumbo will be back to tag team material in a few weeks maybe A-Train or Cade in a crossover tag team like when they teamed D-Von and Faarooq together last year just cause they didn't have any other plans.

Then why not just trade Stamboli along w/ Palumbo, that way you have an established team already that hasn't been overexposed?

Stamboli isn't on the roster at the moment he's been bumped down to OVW for a few months along with Sean O'Haire, Jacqueline and Ivory

If you really wanted to do a rehash, you could have O'Haire approach a friendless Mark Jindrak in his "Devil's Advocate" persona, offering Jindrak a chance at the bigtime, in exchange for a price...

As for Palumbo, if he maintains the Goombah gimmick, he could get over on RAW as a singles competitor, provided he gets semi-pushed. He could start setting up various "rackets" backstage (gambling, protection, poker games), leading to him being constantly harassed by The Law, aka Sheriff Austin.

Garrison Cade, however, seems lost. I'd imagine this means the E will press ahead with an allegedly hilarious undercard storyline which has Cade searching for potential tag team partners...

Stamboli was teaming with Nunzio on Velocity.

The Palumbo thing sounds great. If they run something like that I will be a happy man.

For those of you who have seen him more than I have, how are Palumbo's mic skills? He seems like a decent enough wrestler, and surely could get better with time, especially with straight out brawling, since he's got that look. The idea with him at odds with the Law of Austin sounds like it'd be pretty enjoyable, but it all comes down to whether or not he could get it on verbally.

David Spade teaches us an Important Lesson:

Joe Dirt: So you're gonna tell me that you don't have no black cats, no roman candles, or screaming mimis?
Kicking Wing: No.
Joe Dirt: Oh come on man. You got no lady fingers, fuzz buttles, snicker bombs, church burners, finger blasters, gut busters, zippity do das, or crap flappers?
Kicking Wing: No, I don't.
Joe Dirt: Yer gonna stand there, owning a fireworks stand, and tell me you don't have no whistling bungholes, no spleen spliters, whisker biscuits, honkey lighters, hoosker doos, hoosker don'ts, cherry bombs, nipsy daisers, with or without the scooter stick, or one single whistling kitty chaser?
Kicking Wing: No... because snakes and sparklers are the only ones I like.
Joe Dirt: Well that might be your problem, it's not what you like, it's the consumer.

The guy's never gotten much of any mic time..either Russo, Coach Nash, Mike Sanders, Rico, etc. has always done his talking for him. The only signifigant thing I ever remember him doing with a mic is him breaking character during the wedding. Oh, and possibly making the screeching noises during the attempts to get "You're S.O.L. and you know what THAT means" over as a catchphrase. Hey, it's been 3 years and I remember it. That counts for something.

I've always thought the guy had a chance to be good, even in 2000 when people thought I was crazy for saying so. So based on that, the rise of Chuck Palumbo has kinda been a pet-force-of-will-project for me.

Don't forget, everyone, Palumbo's a former WCW Heavyweight Champion!

In fact, that could work as a gimmick for him. Demanding respect over being a former WCW Champ (albeit only for about 5 minutes, but still...), and have him harass everyone about having come to take back his belt

...Or maybe not.

I could see Jindrak and Dupree forming a tag team. Two RAW guys who feel out of their depth on Smackdown, who decide to band together to create some success for themselves. Basically, The Underachievers 2.0, minus the comedy.

And besides, whatever happened to the Underachievers? That was a fantastic gimmick.

Big Show: Hey waiter, can I have some bitchcakes..I mean, fishcakes?
Billy Gunn: Yeah, real funny. Why don't you have another two or three cheeseburgers?
Show: Hey, Billy, I've LOST weight.
Gunn: Look behind you, you'll find it.
(Brief pause)
Show: Can I have a salad, please?

If they don't use Dupree in a feud with Cena over the U.S title then there was no point moving him in the first place.

I agree. Dupree has to be pushed as a singles star, otherwise taking him away from La Resistance was all a waste. Same goes for Shelton Benjamin.

Aren't we being a little harsh here? It's probably not likely that Dupree will get pushed right into a US Title feud with Cena (since it doesn't do anything for Cena), so does that automatically mean that anything less than this is a failure? Did I miss something, but was Dupree going anywhere with the "evil foriegner" gimmick? Let's just see where things are going before we call it a complete failure after 24 hours.

Hooray! I agree.

I think the draft/trade was just laying the foundation for some major developments that will be revealed over time.

That's true, but Dupree could have carried on with his 'evil foreigner' gimmick while still with La Resistance and then later got traded to SmackDown if they were ready to push him. As many have said, it looks as if Benjamin and Dupree are going to be this year's Cena and Orton so why not push Dupree for the U.S title. Dupree could carry on with his 'foreigner' gimmick and win the title therefore proclaiming himself better than all Americans.

"And besides, whatever happened to the Underachievers?"

More like Double Trouble Crap On A Stick.

Since Palumbo is good and Johnny Stamboli sucks, and since Cade is good and Jindrak sucks, then oh boy you can make the best, and the worst, of both worlds.

Yeah, but this episode was high on stupid stuff. A regular episode there might be something important missing. I'd at least check it out for a few weeks before making a decision.
