I have the same problem on my chin using a Fusion, usually a sign that I've gone too long between shaves. I don't need to do it every day, or even every other day for that matter, but if I go 4 or 5 days, my sides and whatever pitiful excuse for a mustache I've grown go fine, but the chin is always a pain.
It's either practice and experience or those multiple blades help out, because I used to hack up my face something fierce with a double-blade razor, and now drawing blood is a rare occurrence.

I make a mean Shepherd's pie and a decent steak; the future Mrs. Oliver requests them often. I'm trying to learn how to cook Indian food; I love curries, and there aren't any decent Indian restaurants nearby. Oh, and red snapper is always in my fridge....
