I have the same problem on my chin using a Fusion, usually a sign that I've gone too long between shaves. I don't need to do it every day, or even every other day for that matter, but if I go 4 or 5 days, my sides and whatever pitiful excuse for a mustache I've grown go fine, but the chin is always a pain.
It's either practice and experience or those multiple blades help out, because I used to hack up my face something fierce with a double-blade razor, and now drawing blood is a rare occurrence.

Dean! Have you been shooting dope into your scrotum? You can tell me! I'm hip!
