I think I spent longer in the booth than in line making sure it didn't goof up my votes. DC, and some places in NoVA, voting machines are recording wrong votes so they shut them down and went to paper ballots. In Fredericksburg, VA, votes are being thrown out: Originally posted by Click Here (wtop.com) Listeners told WTOP that poll workers told them that the voting machines at the community were not working and that votes cast before 8 a.m. would not be counted. Listeners say the center ran out of paper ballots. -- 2006 Time magazine Person of the Year -- -- July 2009 Ordained Reverend --

AIM: # 48 Posted on 9.11.12 0157.57 | Instant Rating: 3.04 The frivolity of the modern American voting ritual is ridiculous. I voted once, when I was first eligible to vote in the Bush/Kerry 2004 election. I voted for Kerry being 18 and still uninitiated into the world of lobbying, the finer points of capitalism, etc. I simply smirked (in my mind) when I stopped to get gas and saw that lady behind me with the "I Voted" sticker. It's almost like giving a child a smiley face sticker on his English report. Sad at worst. Catastrophically embarrassing at best.

So many come to mind. I agree with those who listed Heenan, Austin, Angle and Foley, as all of them have had me in stitches at various points over the years. Going to add two more, though: - Owen Hart.
