For having a DVR, we still try to catch a lot of shows as they air. In fact, we usually DVR them as we're watching them. I'm not sure why...
-Parks and Rec -Community -The Office -Curb Your Enthusiasm -True Blood -Big Love -Monk -Burn Notice -In Plain Sight -Top Chef -Medium -Project Runway -America's Next Top Reason for the Destruction of All Humanity Model
The bottom three are the shows that will allow me to watch the MLB playoffs and SuperBowl without complaint, so....
Edit: It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia - which I forgot because we just added it after catching up on the DVDs.

Not really my Tivo, but what I'm watching this fall:
WWE Raw House The Colbert Report ECW Glee Modern Family CSI Parks & Recreation The Office Community 30 Rock (when it returns) WWE Smackdown Monk 48 Hours Mystery The Simpsons Family Guy American Dad
Chuck House Glee The Middle Modern Family Cougar Town South Park SVU Community Office Fringe Sunny in Philly FOX Animation Domination Various WWE programming
New for 2010 (in increasing order of anticipation)
No Ordinary Family (ABC) Chase (NBC) Running Wilde (FOX) Lone Star (FOX) Undercovers (NBC) Outsourced (NBC) The Event (NBC) Raising Hope (FOX) Boardwalk Empire (HBO)
We recently changed providers, so we have a new DVR, which meant a lot of shows from before didn't make the cut into series recordings now.
As it currently stands our series recordings are: - Big Bang Theory - Community - American Idol - Dexter - Psych - Rubicon - The Big C - Weeds - Top Chef - Project Runway - Weeds - World Series of Poker - Monday Night Raw - Rocko's Modern Life (taking advantage of Nicktoons marathons to try and capture the complete run of the show) - The Colony - True Blood
We will set up recordings for Boardwalk Empire and The Event when they start. Most likely we will cancel The Event a week or two later when it fails to live up to expectations.

What I've got, including shows that aren't coming back for quite a while (if ever) and stuff I can't add yet (because it's too far away) roughly where I intend to put it in the priority list. I watch too much TV.
1. LOST* 2. Futurama 3. Breaking Bad 4. Mad Men 5. The Venture Brothers 6. The Walking Dead 7. Community 8. Sons of Anarchy 9. The Office 10. Parks and Recreation 11. Modern Family 12. 30 Rock 13. It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia 14. Glee - the girlfriend is responsible for this one 15. Running Wilde 16. The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret 17. Louie 18. Conan 19. Boardwalk Empire 20. True Blood 21. The Ricky Gervais Show 22. Kids in the Hall: Death Comes To Town 23. The Benson Interruption 24. John Oliver's New York Stand Up Show - is this coming back? 25. Real Time with Bill Maher 26. The Daily Show with Jon Stewart 27. The Colbert Report 28. Saturday Night Live 29. The Rachel Maddow Show - although I only set it to save the newest episode, I watch it about once a month and it's at the VERY bottom of the priority list so it often doesn't get taped at all. It helps me pretend I still pay attention.
*: I lost Arrested Development and Pushing Daisies when I got a bigger DVR, but I don't know if I'll ever be able to delete this one.
I think Sarah Silverman and Gallagher are two of the funniest people on the planet. I like Hanson, more so now that they've grown up and moved away from pure pop to a more bluesy style.
