| #1 Posted on 19.2.02 0208.41 | In the past year, we've had dozens of people who we've never thought we'd see in a WWF ring again became commonplace. Matches we never thought we'd ever see became reality. If you had said a year ago that Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Rhino, Booker T, Rob Van Dam, Lance Storm, Diamond Dallas Page, Goldust, and Mr. Perfect would all be in the WWF at the same time, you would have to been crazy. Now we're talking about adding Eric Bischoff to the mix (depending on who you believe.)
Can anyone or anything match the shocks we got in 2001 and early 2002? Randy Savage? Goldberg? Jeff Jarrett? Scott Steiner?

Actually, I'd prefer it be that dude that's in your avatar there. That would be the SHOCK OF THE CENTURY.
Hell, if Hogan can come back.... ;)

| #8 Posted on 19.2.02 1520.16 | I've got to say the all time shocker would definitely be if Bret Hart made the walk to a WWF ring one more time. Though for various political reasons I think I would be just as surprised if Shane Douglas ever made a WWF return.

Do you guys think Vince would hand over the cash and swallow his pride in order to get Bret in on the NWO (or any other) angle?

I'd still mark out like mad to see him again in the WWF. In the mean time, we'll have to settle with the WWA, which is better than nothing at all!

| #12 Posted on 19.2.02 1742.57 | I honestly think that if Hogan can return to the WWF then Savage isnt far behind. I think Steiner is a foregone conclusion, in spite of the WWA. If Goldberg werent making all that money Id say him too, but with 2 mil a year coming to him for like 2 more years Id say he was set finacially to sit it out.
As for Bret Hart Ill say never because hes really HATES Vince, and he like Goldberg he probably doesnt need the money.

... I dunno. If you believe any of the news regarding Savage these days, it would seem to indicate that his ideal place to work would be about as far from Hogan as possible. Too bad, if that's true -- I'd love to see the "Macho Man" return to the WWF. If they can bring back Hennig, Goldie, and the Boss Man, how can the WWF justify keeping Savage out? We'll see.

| #14 Posted on 20.2.02 0644.58 | I'd have to put my number one shock - and mark out moment - with Bret Hart. However since that is not likely to happen, I'd have to say Bischoff is the one thing that would blow my mind that COULD happen.
I'm sure Vince would take Bret back in a minute if only to have the "You killed my brother you son of a bitch" grudge match.
You'd watch it, admit it. |
