| #1 Posted on 18.4.03 1729.16 | I know it's a far out prediction, but what if Booker somehow wins the title? How should we react? I'm sure I'll get a "it's not as significant as it would've been at WM" or "Who cares? The Clique will overshadow him anyway" Seriously, it's HOW he wins that'll be important. Let's say if Booker wins with help by Nash. That would cement whatever side Nash is on, then HHH will be pissed at Nash and Booker. Anyway, let's weigh this possibility, so that if it happens, less of us will come out looking like major hypocrites. Go ahead and laugh at me, I dare you!

| #2 Posted on 18.4.03 1733.58 | Honestly, it doesn't matter how Booker wins. Everyone here will say that it doesn't matter since he lost at 'Mania.
Personaly, I'd mark out if Booker wins. Doesn't matter how. Just saying "Six time, six time, six time, six time, six time, six time World Heavyweight Champion" would be enough for me.

| #3 Posted on 18.4.03 1736.23 | Hey, if Booker T wins because of Nash, that's GREAT. That means that Triple H and Nash will be feuding, which keeps Triple H away from the title and gives Booker T a chance to run with it without looking like the guy who's just holding it until Triple H wins it back next month (like Michaels did). I'll have to see the start of something fresh in order to be impressed with a Booker T win and this point, because the WWE has trained me to believe that all they know how to do is disappoint me with repetition.

| #4 Posted on 18.4.03 1739.02 | It all depends on what they do. If Booker wins it will be a great markout moment, but if the next week or two weeks down the track they squash him like a bug, nothing good will come from it. If they give him a good solid run at the top where he is able to hang with and beat some of the big dogs, then I will say good job WWE.

| #6 Posted on 18.4.03 1852.41 | A face Champion is what the WWE needs big time these days. For the better part of 4 years, we've had a heel Champ and it's gotten to be same-old same-old for the fans. Booker is the most over Face on the RAW roster, so why not give him a shot?
If Booker T. does win the belt, I would mark out much like I did the night Jericho won the belt from HHH, even though the match was later erased. Please God, don't let them repeat that storyline and in any form.
Booker T.'s chances at being a successful Champ depend on the writing and who they put him in a fued with. It seems to me that this whole Kliq storyline will take precedence to him being the Champ and that's one strike against him. If HHH drops the belt, then we're faced with his team Vs. Booker's team that will eventually turn into a huge swerve and the Kliq re-forms as HHH no longer has Evolution. Since HHH doesn't really like Jericho, Jericho might just have to turn face again. It's all so complex now.
But if it doesn't happen, then I don't have a problem with Jericho and Booker feuding over the title. It would be quite interesting and enjoyable. Sure, it might not draw the $$$ that the WWE wants, but now is definately the time to try something new.

| #8 Posted on 18.4.03 2016.14 | I hope that is what happens and I hope that WWE actually treats Booker like he means something afterwards. There is a way to give Booker the belt, and then not have him invovled with any major storylines. Kind of have him wrestle Christian and Lance Storm every week while the "Real" story is Nash-HHH. I am not being pessimistic (sp), just looking back at Angle's reign as champ. Even though he had the belt they tried their best to make him look like a buffoon. So, if they are going to give the Book the belt, please make it a meaningful run.

I'm sorry Ringmistress, but I've gotta go with Tino Standard here. I'd lvoe to see it happen, but it won't. There's no way. If Booker T wins the title on Monday, and is still the champion come Tuesday, I will renounce every bad thing I have evr said about Triple H and promise never to say anything bad about him again. I will even, for one week, change my user ID photo to one of Tripps Pedigreeing Jericho, or just HHH if I can't find the first one.

That was after Yoko's Year of Thunder, where he crushed all opposition (even beating Hulk Hogan and "ending Hulkamania" at King of the Ring). It'd be cool if they did the same thing on RAW. They won't, probably, but it'd be cool.

| #17 Posted on 19.4.03 1011.20 | Booker T COULD win the title this Monday night.
The only question is how they push the feuds after the fact, regardless of how the title change occurs...will they push Booker T vs. whoever, for the World Title, as the most important feud on the Raw side, or will they push Triple H vs. Kevin Nash, without the World Title, as the most important? At WrestleMania, the title match was HHH vs. Booker, but Austin vs. Rock was clearly the more heavily-promoted match.
I'm sure that, in the minds of some, HHH-Nash WILL be pushed as more important, regardless of what actually happens. But then that's their perogative to only see what they choose to see.

| #18 Posted on 19.4.03 1040.11 | PowerPB13, that's a good point, excellent in fact. I hope it really doesn't happen. Nash is MUCH less important that the six-time World champ. He's even less important than Test (?!). I'll be standing by for the subsequent ass kissing on Tuesday (If I'm not too tired).
