I've been meaning to ask around about this - only finally got to it now. DOH! Anyway...

I was in a Gamestop or Electronics Boutique last year (at least around June or July, possibly later). Playing on either an Xbox or Playstation2 was a skating or similar x-treme sports game. The game itself didn't catch my attention - but the soundtrack did.

Included in the game's soundtrack were punk versions of Lionel Ritchie's "Hello" and Seal's "Crazy." And believe it or not, they actually sounded a shitload better than they do in print.

Does anyone know what game this is? And is there a separate soundtrack CD available for sale? Any info that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The version of "Hello" might be the Me First and the Gimme Gimme's version of it. I have no idea what game it is though. Sorry!

Please God...

...let it happen again

There are punk covers of both songs on Me First and the Gimme Gimmes' 2003 album "Take A Break".

Yep, that would be the correct answer. God, this album kicks about 24 different kinds of ass. Thanks for the info!
