I'm replaying Final Fantasy 7 at the moment. I'd been looking for the game in any videogame store that still sells/trades PS1 games and had no luck, and didn't want to spend $70 for it online. I'd almost given up when I saw it sitting in my friends garage collecting dust. He'd bought it and didn't like it 5 years ago. And all this time I'd been looking for it and he'd had it the whole time. I hadn't played the game since probably 99, so I must say WOW are those graphics dated! I remember being blown away when I got it the day it released! Still a good game though, and a nice trip down memory lane.

I spent the weekend playing Beautiful Katamari because I was too lazy to put anything else in my Xbox 360. I'm pretty Katamari'd out at the moment. Time to move onto something else - either Burnout Revenge or Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga.

GTA 4. My PS3 died in August and I finally got around to contacting Sony so they could work on it. It wouldn't recognize any disc. I've had it back for 2 weeks and I want to beat GTA before I get Saints Row 2, and then Fallout 3 for my PC.

I downloaded the new Bomberman for the Wii a month ago, but never gave it a spin until yesterday. My brother and I were just going to play it between the late games and the Sunday night game. We ended up playing it for 4 hours; every time we'd take a break to watch the game, we'd give up after no more than one minute.

It is awesome, and I can't wait to play it in a full 8 person battle.

I also have the new Penny Arcade downloaded and installed, but I haven't touched it yet.

EDIT: And now I check my email and see that the new Homestarrunner game is already out. I only just played Ep 3 last week. Crazy.

I'm so old that when I played it, it was called Hero's Quest. I played it as a wizard (I remember the duels vs the teacher with the rat were hard) and thief, but I don't think I ever went the warrior route.

I'm juggling playing Guitar Hero III, Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, a 2K Sports baseball game from about four years ago, Madden 08, NCAA Football 09, and Diablo II.

STARCRAFT, which NEVER gets old and I'm loading up COMMAND & CONQUER: RED ALERT 3 later today.

I also found the CASTLEVANIA Double Pack (Harmony of Dissonance and Aria of Sorrow!) for $10 at Target. I've carried that around with me for a couple weeks now.

Alternating between the new Guitar Hero WT and Smackdown vs Raw '09, both for the Wii. The latter which is infinitely better than '08. After matches, I'm getting a kick out of shaking the loser's hand and then clotheslining him out of his boots.

It's just as well, the warrior path is the most boring, considering you can just create a thief with magic and then get really strong and kick everything's ass.

Have you played the VGA remake of the second one that was released a few months ago? I am playing the first one to create a character to bring into that game.

I don't play video games, but my roommates do. One of them bought Smackdown vs. Raw 2009 last Thursday and spent almost 12 hours playing it on Saturday. My other roommate has played it as well. One of my greatest triumphs came Saturday night; I agreed to play since we had five other guys playing too and we did a six-man battle royal. I was, somehow, one of the final two (as most of the time I wandered around the ring), all the while people were trying to walk me through how to play. My roommate who owns the game, a huge gamer, was the other one left. I was Ric Flair. He beat me up pretty good, but then I came back and choked him in the ropes, then rolled him up with a handful of tights and got the pin. I celebrated in Ric Flair style, including knee-dropping my t-shirt.

Sadly no, it was a very spur-of-the-moment thing.

Midnight Club: Los Angeles (PS3).

I completely geeked out when I loaded it and the first car it offered me was an '88 Scirocco.

If you get Episode 4, know that it is the funniest yet, but also the easiest and the shortest. My Wii says my total play time was 3:03 and that was with taking several breaks - I'd guess my real playing time was barely over two hours. I still have to go find some hidden stuff, but that's not going to take a lot of time (or be that interesting).

PES 2009. Their new "Be A Legend" mode manages to be the most infuriating yet awesome thing I've played in a good time.

I'm in games of D&D 4E and Spycraft 2.0. Plus the occasional game of concentration with the toddler (although she doesn't quite grasp taking turns -- her way is to just turn up one card and then turn over all the others until she finds a match).

Oh, video games? Mostly Wii Fit and City of Heroes.
