They aren't a family that is OK with casual nudity - he's trying to shock her. That means it would shock the kids too. This guy wants to shock kids with his soapy manhood.

I'm glad someone else noticed that part. The kids leave the room, and suddenly the guy is standing up in the tub.
At the least, they could have made it where the wife was moving around. She talks to the kids, then she checks up on the husband taking a bath. Maybe she knocks, and then when there's no answer she just walks in, and is shocked to see the guy standing up with a sponge on his head. She asks what he's doing, and we get the punchline.
That's how the commercial should have gone. Instead of this display of irresponsible parenting. | CRZ

OBVIOUSLY by the time the dude stands up, the kids are in the car anxiously waiting to go to Burger King.

Cut to a Hard Rock Live-esque arena with a bunch of music-crazy fans yelling "ALKA SELTZER ALKA SELTZER." Then some FOTM pop-punk band comes out and sings the "Plop Plop Fizz Fizz" song while the crowd waves a glass of Alka Seltzer like it was a Bic lighter. Truly appalling.

I hate that Snickers commercial so bad that I actually change the channel now whenever it comes on. Lately my daughter has taken to singing that song whenever she wants to irritate me. I would love to see wrestlings Jeff Jarrett suddenly appear and smash that guy over the head with his own guitar.
I disliked all of the Starburst commercials until the one with the weird singing berries & cream guy came along. The commercial is so odd that I actually like it for some strange reason. Maybe it's just the Monty Python fan in me.
