I'm sure most of you have seen the DirecTV commercials for the NFL Sunday Ticket, the ones with Deion Sanders and the two Manning brothers. For the most part, they are all great, but I have a big favorite.
There is one where Deion and Peyton are in the fridge, and at the end Peyton starts looking and talking lovingly about tapenade. I will confess that I don't even know what tapenade really is, but Peyton's inflection and facials made me laugh so hard. It is easily the best.
I also love the Comcast/Xfinity follow up ad where Brian Urlacher smacks the DirecTV-like fairies. Good retort.
(edited by Torchslasher on 21.9.12 1426) "Put on your helmets, we'll be reaching speeds of 3!" "It was nice of you to give that dead woman another chance." "All right, look alive everybody...oh sorry Susan."- MST3K: Space Mutiny Click Here (facebook.com)
It's been around for awhile, but I still enjoy the Verizon "BAD IDEA" commercial ("You know where surgery is dirt cheap? Mexico.", "You know how I save money? Having my kids hitchhike to school.")
My current favorite is the one where the cute little boy is being chased though Sears by his Dad until he finds some cheesy earrings for his Mom.
Kid is the cutest I have seen in a long time

That the universe was formed by a fortuitous concourse of atoms, I will no more believe than that the accidental jumbling of the alphabet would fall into a most ingenious treatise of philosophy - Swift
For the first time last week, I saw the Applebee's commercial with Bob Knight and Digger Phelps. Kudos to whomever came up with the "That's not how you throw a chair" response and Bob Knight's delivery of that line.
I have transferred my commercial love to the ATT commercials where the straightlaced interviewer is asking the little kids if faster is better or if two is better or if bigger is better. My favorite - the one where the little girl goes on about shaving the werewolf because he's too hot. And at the end the guy goes.."whaaa What?" Kills me.

I'm partial to the kid who does two things at once and the kid who's thought way too much about how to make his grandmother faster.

My favorite is the kid who thinks the Werewolf might be too hot and would have to be shaved followed by Infinity times infinity

We're fans of the "puppy brother" version. Of the many ways that our daughter likely thought of "removing" her little brother, this was probably in there somewhere.

That too. The girl at the end nodding in amazement of the awesomeness of the idea seals it.

Count me in as a big fan of the AT&T commercials with the guy and the kids. I think all of them are great. The one that particularly stands out happened during the NCAA Tournament, where while high fiving one girl, another girl raises her hand to ask a question, and he high fives her.
+1 for the Geico ads - especially the camel and of course, Dikembe Mutombo.
I love the Liberty Mutual Car Insurance "Humans" series as well. The accidents depicted are quite funny (though hopefully no one here has suffered through one of those).
There is also the Cars.com commercial from the Superbowl with the wolf cub.
Same here, I like the director/actor commentaries. Deleted scenes are cool too, except for the ones where after watching them you go "That crappy scene deserved to get cut".
