For me its Jessica Simpson. Horse teeth, bad skin, annoying 'personality', retarded songs, bad movie, bad TV show, and WAY too much publicity. If she died, I could care less.

Since you brought up a Simpson sister, I'd prefer to do away with Ashlee before Jessica. Jessica has certain asthetic qualities to her that buy her a minute more of tolerance than Ashlee.

But I may be a little biased. My last name is "Hylton" (still pronounced "Hilton"), and I long for the days when every new person I met would throw out the tired "Do you own the hotels? You must be rich!!" joke as if I havent already heard that joke AT LEAST once a week since I was 7, as opposed to all of the "Oh man, are you related to Paris? Cause she's HOTT!" crap I have to deal with now.
I also hate Dr. Phil, Stone Philips, Martha Stewart, Nancy Grace, Al Sharpton, Gloria Alred, and Jay Leno.

I feel the opposite. I prefer Ashlee to Jessica...but less of both would be a better world, I think.
Most annoying to me...Shania Twain, Jennifer Aniston, Tom Cruise...
The top of that list, however, is JOAN RIVERS. Oh holy hell.

| #10 Posted on 13.10.05 1539.01 | Instant Rating: 7.28 | I could go on. But any Celeb that thinks their political views are so important drives me crazy. Barbara Streisand kind of falls into this category. I don't have a problem with a celeb that has views, but one that uses their celebrity to forward those views so that I, mr uninformed, must accept them, because they are CELEBRITY!
Example: I got no problem with, say, Pam Anderson. She's advancing the whole PETA thing, which I disagree with strongly (I am a member of that other PETA - you know People Eating Tasty Animals), but she does stuff and acts on her convictions and is, as it were, out there. Babs, OTOH, writes hate letters to bush on her website, disses him at concerts, and spends the rest of her time hanging out in malibu. At least Susanne Sarendon (Is that close?) is an active activist and does stuff like registers voters and works on campaigns other than being a celeb. I don't agree with Sarendon either, but I respect her activism.

I agree with you there. What ever happened to Ashlee dyeing her hair black, dressing punkish and proclaiming that she did not want to be like her sister? Last couple of times I've seen her lately, she is pretty much looking like big sis more than ever.
But Dr. Phil and any constant Republican bashing actors (Tim Robbins, Whoopee Goldberg, Sean Penn, etc.) get my vote for most annoying people.

| #13 Posted on 14.10.05 0420.03 | 1) Paris Hilton....a no-talent, spoiled little whore who is NOT the slightest bit attractive. 2) Rush Limbaugh....probably the most egotistical, blowhard bigmouth ever to walk on the face on the Earth...even the conservatives think he's a joke (see Hannity, Sean and Savage, Michael). 3) Ben Affleck...roots fot the Red Sox AND knocked up Jennifer Garner? Two reasons to hate his guts....and that little wise-ass smirk makes me want to smash his face in with a brick.
To add a little twist to the question...how about an annoying LOCAL celebrity? Here in the Houston area, it has to be Jim "Mattress Mac" McInvale, the owner of a big furniture store. Picture R. Lee Ermey after about 37 espressos...and you'll get the idea. Unbelievably loud and obnoxious...and extremely supersaturates the radio with his stupid ads. This is the classic example of counterproductive advertising...I would purposely AVOID his business because his commercials annoy the hell out of me.

I wasn't sure who I'd pick until I saw the "Surreal Life" last night. What an awful, awful human being. This goes beyond annoying. To make fun of someone's drug problem and then call them an unfit mother.... If it's not an act for the cameras, than this woman is one of the most evil, cruel people I've witnessed. Yelling "crack whore" at a sobbing Janice... talk about kicking when you are down. If it is only an act for the cameras, than what a sad, desperate way to get attention. She is now doomed to getting an earful from strangers in every airport and restaurant she enters. She should consider being a pro wrestling heel. I would order a PPV or buy ringside seats simply to see this nutjob get a beating, even if it is fake.

She's okay by me, if only for ANOTHER episode of the Surreal Life. The team nominates her to captain a developmentally disabled bowling team (handicaps aside, they were damn good bowlers), and she gets along famously with them, in part because of a handicapped relative. Janice Dickinson, meanwhile, pisses everyone off by calling them "retards". I think she even busted out a "Rain Man" comment.
