His clothes got stuck on the ramp, so he had to take off his accessories and got up and said something to the effect of "That shouldn't happen to me". I thought it was absolutely hilarious and wanted to see it again but I can't find it anywhere.

As for the Shawn Michaels thing, I always wondered why they ran a mat out during his entrance during the live shows I attended. Now I know, always thought perhaps his knees were getting too tender.
The woman in charge of putting it down/picking it up is amazingly quick too*. It appears during a close-up right before he kneels and is gone by the time they get a shot from the ramp when he's going toward the ring.
*I watch for her when I'm there live, and always wanted to give her some appreciation for a job well done that seems like a nightmare.
