Flying to Toronto on June 7 and back on June 14. While there, I'm planning to go see R.E.M. in concert, Evil Dead: The Musical, a Blue Jays game, and whatever else I can find. And I get to see friends I haven't seen in years. Should be awesomeness.

Apart from that, I don't have any summer plans. My girlfriend works for an engineering firm that does most of their work in the summer, so she can't take a lot of time off. We'll be heading back to her parents' farm for a few weekends, but there probably aren't any other vacation plans.

Her birthday and mine are both in August, so we'll do something about that. Not sure what. Nothing big.

I have a dental cleaning scheduled for August 13.

Yeah, I got nothing.

I intend to go at least one day to the Ictus music festival in Wilmore, Ky. ( http://www.ichthusfestival.org/ )June 11-14

Probably Friday, since 33 Miles and Toby Mac are both playing. I am sure one of the bands that day are metal - Miles is alt-rock and TobyMac is House/Rap. I see Alabaster Box plays that day too - they rock pretty hard.

We'll be back right after order has been restored here in the Omni Center.

My twelve year old really likes Toby Mac now and it was on a recommendation from the Ws, even AWA I think.

As for plans, we're renovating the camp up to the lake and hope it will be done by the end of May, so we can spend lots of the summer up there. It's only about 30 miles from where we call home, so I am sure we'll get lots of action in at the lake.

The disco kitchen in the new/old house is being torn out and Mrs. Dunk & the little dunkers are all running away for the whole summer and leaving me with no kitchen, a grill and a microwave.....guess I will be taking a lot of clients to "lunch" on the company card

I just got tickets for a big private party here in Calgary during Stampede Week: an outdoor concert featuring Billy Idol and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts!

Ahh, 1983 will be alive again this summer.

Oh yeah, I'm also getting married a couple of weeks after that.

Dude, congratulations! That's excellent news.

A new plan for the summer: Weird Al is coming to Calgary; so I'll be heading there to check it out. Woohoo!

I'll be in Charleston, South Carolina June 13-22 for my cousin's wedding....the first wedding I'm also going to be part of (and I don't count being a ring bearer when I was like five). Other than that, I'll be moving into my apartment in Brockport on August 20th for at least two more years of college, going for my Teaching Cert. and Masters in English Education.

Same here, July 26th.

Will be my first time seeing him in concert. My 14 year old daughter became a big fan of his a couple years ago after listening to my Cd's of him. Now she is dying to go also.

I have wanted to see him forever. It figures that I'll be out of town when he's here in Calgary.

Not in my pocket, but in my school bag. Just a cheap little plastic folding knife. The blade is sharp enough for what I use it for: opening letters, cutting paper into smaller pieces of paper, prying things apart in lab classes, etc.
