My favorites:
-Video DownloadHelper - allows downloading videos from Youtube and other video sites. Doesn't seem to work on Yahoo's music site, sadly.
-Adblock Plus, Adblock Filter Uploader, and Adblock Plus Element Hiding Helper - the perfect trifecta to keep (most) ads blocked.
-DownThemAll!Allows to download a group of links off a single page. It's useful for images and stuff like that.

Foxkeh Theme https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6198 - I really like the little animated fox tail
Read It Later https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7661 - For that page you don't like enough to bookmark, but don't have time to read now.
StumbleUpon https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/138 - which is really cool, and like putting the internet on shuffle. This add on wastes a lot of my time. | TheBucsFan

Image Zoom lets me zoom in and out of particular images using the right-click menu
Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer does what it sounds like and automatically keeps my bookmarks the same on both my home and work computers.
Tab Mix Plus adds a lot of options to the tabbed browser function in Firefox. I could probably live without this, but it adds a lot of shortcuts and features that I'm very used to by now.

| #6 Posted on 6.4.09 1013.39 | Instant Rating: 8.42 | My favorite add-on is Forecastfox (addons.mozilla.org), but as I was looking for the URL, I came across Forecastbar Enhanced (addons.mozilla.org), which looked nice and I may have to try.
Also, I'll second the love for foxmarks (addons.mozilla.org) and I've been trying out Tab Mix Plus (addons.mozilla.org). I like the increased control over how my tabs work, but it hasn't become a necessity yet.
Finally, I use the Pitch Dark (addons.mozilla.org) theme for Firefox. The darker colors are easier on the eyes.

All the downloads are managed on the statusbar and you can set options for time remaining and percent done, among others. I like it better than the standard download manager.
FireFTP https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/684
For accessing my webspace. It's better than most free FTP programs I've used in the past.
