I can't live without Adblock, and I don't really like life without Corliss Preview, which gives you a glimpse of what a link contains before clicking on it.
GMail Manager provides easy access to my accounts (I have 3 for some reason)
Image Zoom lets me zoom in and out of particular images using the right-click menu
Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer does what it sounds like and automatically keeps my bookmarks the same on both my home and work computers.
Tab Mix Plus adds a lot of options to the tabbed browser function in Firefox. I could probably live without this, but it adds a lot of shortcuts and features that I'm very used to by now.

My favorite add-on is Forecastfox (addons.mozilla.org), but as I was looking for the URL, I came across Forecastbar Enhanced (addons.mozilla.org), which looked nice and I may have to try.
Also, I'll second the love for foxmarks (addons.mozilla.org) and I've been trying out Tab Mix Plus (addons.mozilla.org). I like the increased control over how my tabs work, but it hasn't become a necessity yet.
Finally, I use the Pitch Dark (addons.mozilla.org) theme for Firefox. The darker colors are easier on the eyes.
All the downloads are managed on the statusbar and you can set options for time remaining and percent done, among others. I like it better than the standard download manager.
For accessing my webspace. It's better than most free FTP programs I've used in the past.

I use one called the 1 Click Youtube Downloader - it saves those FLVs as MP4 video files so I can watch them on my PSP when I'm out and about. It's great for a laugh on the way to work.
