I usually pride myself on keeping up with computer stuff, but boy did I miss the boat on this until now. Why did no one tell me?
Anyway, I found Webguide today. I had been wanting a Slingbox for a long time, and should have thought to look for a free solution, especially since I have a PC with Vista Ultimate and a TV card. Webguide is what Slingbox is, only free. Created by a dude that now works for MS on Media Center stuff.
If you have a version of Media Center, you can download it and the setup is easy.
I'm also partial to Piclens these days for another add on that's free and worth it. Lemme know if I'm missing out on other cool stuff from now on please.

Man, I am totally stumped. I went through all the steps they suggest. Clear space on the disk to make sure there is enough space. Boots in safe mode fine.
