Of course the stats are currently CRZ 1, Minnesota 0 so maybe mild winters lead to low humidity summers?

Actually, I was told last year that a mild summer meant a mild winter, so since that's already happened.....I don't know how it works now! Although I *do* know that when my weatherman takes the week off (wcco.com), it's probably going to be really nice. OR really shitty. Hmmm......actually, that doesn't help me AT ALL
