Easiest way would be to Highlander it. Now that the rest of the Timelords are gone, the regeneration energy is unlimited. Which would explain the deus ex machina "human Doctor" from the last season finale.

Why is everyone so down on Jimmy Fallon? Sure he was no Dana Carvey, and cracked up during many skits, but he did a lot of funny stuff on SNL, I thought. How did he nearly kill SNL? That being said, I can't see him thriving in this environment.
