Well, on the plus side, he has a good beer buzz going according to the photo.

I don't know how he isn't going to get supended for a long period of time by the NFL. It might had been just alcohol, but rules are rules. He should had realized how lucky he was to avoid jail the first time. Here's (sports.yahoo.com) the article in case anyone's interested.

There is absolutely no way that Navy can hang in the ACC. They probably couldn't even hang in the new Big East. Neither Navy or Army can hang for any amount of time(though both of them did go bowling in 1996).
