Database sez the randomizer has picked a W of the Day 1763 times (going back to 28.2.2). There are probably a lotta people tied at 1763 days.
There were 458 registered users at the time of the first random pick. 289 of them have been picked. The three admins can't be picked. DEAN, FLEA, Lise and Bullitt have custom titles; they won't be picked. There are a two moderators in that list, too (Cubs and StegDutchie) so THEY'RE out.
So that's...what, 280 people left tied for 1763 days. Provided my ability to write a script isn't incorrect, here now is the list of 32 people out of THAT group who are currently showing ACTIVE (within the past 30 days):
