yahoo (sports.yahoo.com) Basically Vince Carter listening to his iPod during warmups is "a violation of the league's rules on proper attire." Wow. That's just so very NFL like.

Nah, this one actually seems justifiable, unlike the Unitas and Tillman tributes that the NFL nixed.
Carter's season isn't going as he hoped, is it? The guy seemed like he'd be a superstar, but it never worked out that way for him. It's wierd that all of the four main guys from UNC in the mid 90s are all really good, but none are really bona fide superstars even though it looked like they could be. I'm talking about Jamison, Carter, Stackhouse, and Wallace. Those guys are all at about the same level though it's arguable what order they're in.
VC is really trying to appease himself to the fans with his latest stance of "I don't want to dunk anymore" (slam.canoe.ca)... *Sigh* Why can't it be the "I don't want to miss easy jump shots anymore" or the "I don't want to play crappy defense anymore" stances instead
smark/net attack wienerville advisory holds at ORANGE alert - High (JBL is STILL WWE champion and now smarks arch enemy HHH is the World Champion. Major red threat, but the undercard seems okay. The alert holds... for now)- 9/19
Iverson played incredible against the Hornets. He makes shots we they need them. After watching him (AL) play the Hornets, without AL the Sixers would be Cr@p. No Way Coleman or Snow could carry the Sixers. AL my MVP
